The Garcetti Report

While the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has published certain parts of its Report on the Gates murder in print form, it has refused to post the excerpts on its website, making study of the Report by the general public far more difficult than it should be. Citizens for Truth, therefore, was forced to hand-type the excerpts in order to present them here. What follows represents all of the Report that is currently available to the public. While Citizens for Truth did re-type the excerpts, none of the material has been changed from the original.

We encourage all newcomers to Gates assassination research to read these few and brief available portions of the Report and then to read the Citizens for Truth articles responding to the D.A.'s version of the crime. Together, the Report excerpts and CfT's analysis form a strong introduction to the basic assassination controversies.
